Weekend Shift Purlin Operator

Currently working 7am-4pm Monday through Friday

Must be able to work 12 hour shifts, Friday-Sunday(Work 36 get paid for 40)
This will be a train on weekday shift Monday-Friday, and transfer to weekend shift when we are ready to start up and fully staff the weekend shift
Consistent Job history (no significant gaps in work history, with preferable 1-2+ years per job)
Operator experience in machinery/CNC/or anything related to (prefer 2+ years experience in this)
Attentive to detail and ability to pay attention when running day to day operations
Efficiency mindset and ability to stay busy without being told
Self driven and motivated
Operating a production line efficiently, and safely with little supervision. Understanding timelines and due dates and working to meet goals in a timely manner. Assigning Purlin Line Helpers tasks to keep them busy and working towards the same common goals. Being a team player is a must. Communicating with the supervisor on tasks being provided for completion. Taking care of any other production related tasks given by the supervisor. Working together with other operators to maintain a steady and efficient production workflow.
