Performed duties assigned by QC Manager involving counting, quality control inspecting, and receiving of merchandise of incoming purchase orders.

Must be able to pass drug screen and background check

Remote Dispatcher

Work from home

You will be trained to dispatch emergency roadside service. This job includes interacting with customers as well as service providers coast to coast in the USA and Canada, as well as managing incoming customer calls and facilitating appropriate resolutions. This is a VERY high call volume and fast paced position.

Pay rate starts at $13.00/hr with an annual 25 cent raise

You will be scheduled for an 8.5-hour shift to support a mandatory 30-minute meal period.

1st Shift (Sunday – Saturday) may start as early as 3:00am and end as late as 7:00pm.

2nd Shift (Sunday – Saturday) may start as early as 11:00am and end as late as 3:00am.

3rd Shift (Sunday – Saturday) may start as early as 7:00pm and end as late as 11:00am

Must have proof of High School Diploma or GED and be able to pass a background check

REQUIRED COMPUTER EQUIPMENT
• Computer Processor has to be an i5 Intel core processor or have a benchmark score of 4,000 or higher.
•  (Macbooks, Netbooks, and Chromebooks DO NOT qualify for this job)
• The RAM memory has to be 12 GB or higher. Preferably 16+ GB
• Webcam (used for training and all meetings)
• 2 Monitors (15 inches or more)
• External Mouse with scroll
• Headset with a microphone (USB preferred) (Bluetooth not recommended)
• Ethernet Cable.   NO WIFI.
• Must use Google Chrome web browser and have Firefox, and/or Edge as a backup web browser

Maintenance Technician

Responsible for maintenance (preventative & repairs) on all plant equipment and occasionally help with facility maintenance.

Education & Certifications: High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of machine/equipment maintenance in a manufacturing environment.

Working Conditions: Temperature-regulated plant environment and consistent background machine noise.

Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm

QUALITY INSPECTOR

1st Shift

Must have experience in Quality Control/Assurance

Job Summary: The Quality Inspector’s primary responsibility is to ensure all products meet customer specifications.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in 6S/Safety Committee and document minutes and action items
  • Monitor and measure product compliance to customer requirements to be sure customer’s expectations are met and daily duties are performed in a timely manner.
  • Communicate the quality policy to all people at the facility.
  • Ensure that timely quality checks are performed per our quality plans.
  • Make recommendations by notifying supervisor, to correct problems that could hinder a machine’s performance, reduce output, or affect quality.
  • Control further processing, delivery or installation of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected
  • Verify the implementation of solutions.
  • Conform to all Quality/Safety requirements and procedures.
  • Keep a clean and orderly workplace.
  • Participate in the Continual Improvement Process for manufacturing and business processes.
  • Waste reduction training and awareness

 Education:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required

Team Leader

Job Summary: The Team Leader performs various tasks necessary to lead and direct production activities in a singular work cell or product line. Team Leaders may be required to perform any or all of the job duties listed below.
