Sales Representative

Job Description

  • Serve as the point of contact for specific Sales Territory
  • Identify and educate prospective customers on products and services.
  • Support existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.

Remote Dispatcher

Are you looking for a full time, work from home job in the Arkansas and Oklahoma area? Our remote dispatch position has 3 flexible shifts paying $13/hr plus benefits after 45 days!

This is a high-volume, fast-paced call center that is looking for dependable, self-starters who are highly professional, courteous, and friendly while gathering and providing information to customers and venders, all while following a script!

For this position you will need to have strong computer skills, data entry skills, strong communication, and excellent customer service skills.

 

1st Shift (Sunday – Saturday) hours are between 3:00am (start) to 7:00pm (end)

– start time between 3:00am and 10:30am.

2nd Shift (Sunday – Saturday) hours are between 11:00am (start) to 3:00am (end)

– start time between 11:00am and 6:30pm.

3rd Shift (Sunday – Saturday) hours are between 7:00pm (start) to 11:00am (end)

– start time between 7:00pm and 2:30am.

 

Qualifications:

  • HSD/GED
  • Pass a background check
  • Available for ALL weekends and holidays
  • Equipment – Computer, dual monitors, headset, webcam, external mouse, and high-speed internet (prior to start date) ** we do not supply equipment**

Half Pint Operator

Accounting Expeditor

M-F 8a-5p

Pay: $21 Depending on experience.

Duties: The Accounting Expeditor will be required to work in several areas of bookkeeping and accounting for our busy construction and property management company. The tasks will include, but are not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliations, reporting, and many other general and some complex office tasks.

Experience Necessary: The ideal candidate will have an entry-level accounting, business or related degree, a bookkeeper with 2-5 years of experience, or an office assistant with 5-8 years of experience. The Accounting Expeditor must have demonstrated expertise in bookkeeping, office and computer experience, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite as reflected by previous recent work history.

Skills Necessary: Microsoft Office Suite; Detail-oriented; Multi-tasking; Research/resolve problems; Self-starter; Ability to work independently as well as with a team; Must have excellent communication & time management skills; Ability to meet deadlines under pressure; Must be able to work with individuals with diverse backgrounds and management levels

Ways to stand out (but not requirements): Quickbooks experience; Commercial construction and/or property management accounting is an advantage

Hours: M-F 8a-5p

Pay: $20 Depending on experience

Must have experience in Lab Reconciliation Payments to be considered.

  • One that can be a leader of team
  • Able to figure out problems with reconciliation accounts of different payers to make sure all claims are paid – if not, why?
  • Reports would need to be done every month.
