Pay: $21 Depending on experience.
Duties: The Accounting Expeditor will be required to work in several areas of bookkeeping and accounting for our busy construction and property management company. The tasks will include, but are not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliations, reporting, and many other general and some complex office tasks.
Experience Necessary: The ideal candidate will have an entry-level accounting, business or related degree, a bookkeeper with 2-5 years of experience, or an office assistant with 5-8 years of experience. The Accounting Expeditor must have demonstrated expertise in bookkeeping, office and computer experience, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite as reflected by previous recent work history.
Skills Necessary: Microsoft Office Suite; Detail-oriented; Multi-tasking; Research/resolve problems; Self-starter; Ability to work independently as well as with a team; Must have excellent communication & time management skills; Ability to meet deadlines under pressure; Must be able to work with individuals with diverse backgrounds and management levels
Ways to stand out (but not requirements): Quickbooks experience; Commercial construction and/or property management accounting is an advantage
