Duties
· Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all needs are met promptly and efficiently.
· Conduct warm calling to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
· Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for account growth and improvement.
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement.
· Utilize Salesforce to track account progress, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
· Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, resolve issues, and gather feedback.
· Make and receive sales orders in person, over the phone, and through email.
· Assist in training new team members on account management processes and tools.
Qualifications
· Proven experience in account management or technical sales is preferred.
· Strong understanding of market dynamics.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
· Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
· Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making processes.
· Demonstrated leadership skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
· A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
