Dialysis Billing Specialist

We are seeking a candidate with prior billing experience.

The perfect candidate will be someone who has billed all payer types for hemodialysis.

Strong analytical skills will be useful in helping to work claims fully through the billing, payment and reconciliation process.

Hours will be Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Dress code is business casual.

A/R Specialist

M-F 8-5

Works closely with healthcare facility clients to maintain financial records which are reported to the accounting team

Review Point Click Care Billing System to ensure Client accounts are set up correctly so that all available payers are being billed.
This requires periodic review of eligibilities, using reports within Point Click Care
Verify All payments are posted to client accounts daily, following company guidelines
Review payment discrepancies.
If discrepancy appears to be related to System Setup, the A/R specialist works with Revenue Cycle Manager and/or Billing manager to ensure system is corrected for future calculations.
When overpayments are identified, A/R specialist will work with Healthcare Facility and the Accounts Payable department to process refunds as quickly as possible.
Update client payer to Medicaid and enter correct Patient Liability, once state provides documented proof of approval and PL amount.
A/R Specialists monitor outstanding balances for all payers and maintain specific reports for all Self Pay balances that remain unpaid for their assigned facilities.
Review specific list of financial reports each month and reconcile them before month end elose.
A/R Specialists complete month end close within the PCC system

Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all facility and equipment maintenance operations within the distribution center. This role leads a team of six to eight maintenance associates across first and second shifts, ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of building systems, material handling equipment, and production support assets. The Maintenance Manager partners closely with Operations, Safety, and HR leadership to drive productivity, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Oversee preventive maintenance programs for conveyors, forklifts, pallet jacks, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, and other warehouse systems.
Ensure timely completion of work orders and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inspection records, and compliance documentation.

Manage maintenance department budget, including labor, tools, and supplies.
Monitor vendor contracts and oversee service providers for specialized repairs or inspections.
Recommend and justify capital improvements and equipment upgrades.

Manage, coach, and develop a team of eight maintenance technicians across first and second shifts.

QUALIFICAIONS:

Education & Experience
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field is preferred but not required.
Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a distribution, manufacturing, or industrial environment. Facilities manager background in manufacturing is a plus, however, extensive experience as a maintenance technician will be considered

Knowledge & Skills
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and material handling systems.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate employees across shifts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Other Requirements
Ability to work flexible hours to support both first and second shifts.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in warehouse conditions (heat, cold, noise).

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, maintaining safety standards, and supporting warehouse staff. This role also includes light maintenance duties and basic facility oversight.

Interact with customers

Post updates in service scheduling so it pulls on weekly open WO report

Write new work orders to be scheduled for shop or field service

Look up / Order parts for service technicians

Backup support to Warranty/Rental clerk

Assist on a weekly basis

Answering emails

Shipping part returns

Filing warranty claims

Process claims paperwork

Prepare new contracts , process check ins

Update trucking boards for pickup and deliveries

It will be temp for now but may open into a permanent position

Construction/Concrete Labor

Labor hands for concrete job.

Job is projected to last 2 to 4 weeks

Need to have construction experience

Concrete experience is a plus

Will need Real ID

Must be able to pass Background Check and Drug test

Will need to have Steel Toes
