Medical Billing Specialist

Ideal candidate will have experience billing all payer types for physician’s clinic or rural health clinic.

This role will also post payments and reconcile payment discrepancies.

Billing group currently utilizes the E-Clinical Works system and Waystar as a clearinghouse

Accounts Receivable Accountant

Seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and monitor the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.

· Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

· Prepare and analyze aging reports, highlighting any discrepancies or outstanding balances.

· Communicate with customers to resolve billing issues and facilitate prompt payment.

· Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate billing and address any account discrepancies.

· Assist in month-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries and financial reports.

· Maintain and update customer records in the accounting system.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations.

· Prepare daily accounts receivable draft on accounts.

 

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent work experience.

· Proficiency in accounting software

· Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Drafter

This position reports directly to the Drafting Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be able to handle drafting and detailing jobs after design and other duties assigned from the drafting coordinator.
Minimal supervision and a high degree of accuracy are expected. This position will spend 95% of their time in an office setting and 5% of the time in other settings.

Experience
The ideal candidate will have completed an associate’s degree of applied science in drafting and two years of drafting experience is preferred but not required.

Assistant Property Manager

Full time position with hours mainly Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm with an hour lunch.

$16-$17 an hour, Pay will increase when hired on permanently

Asst. Property Manager – Summary

  • Responsible for assisting the Property Manager with oversight of daily operations of the property to ensure strong financial performance, full occupancy, and resident satisfaction. Works to maintain the physical asset, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company and HUD regulations.
  • Key Responsibilities:

-Contact with on-site staff, contractors, and maintenance personnel.
-Assist with  leasing, rent collection, resident relations, and enforcement of property rules.
-Back up for oversight of maintenance programs, inspections, and vendor coordination-Assist in preparation of reports

-Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies to maintain occupancy.
-Handle tenant communications, complaints, and legal processes as needed.
