Job Summary
The Pre-Production Technician supports the production of sterile injectable drug products by performing material handling, staging, and sanitization activities in controlled warehouse environments outside the cleanroom. This role ensures materials and components are properly prepared, tracked, and delivered to meet production schedules while adhering to SOPs, cGMPs, and regulatory requirements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Follow all SOPs, cGMPs, batch records, and controlling documentation with strict adherence.
Pick, segregate, stage, and wipe materials and components using the ERP inventory system.
Support cleanroom supply needs throughout the business day.
Perform routine sanitization of material and component storage areas.
Check and document expiration dates and lot numbers on supplies.
Facilitate delivery and restocking of supplies, PPE, and gowning materials.
Assist with maintaining equipment, parts, supply inventory, and barcode systems.
Communicate batch status and production needs with supervisors and cleanroom staff.
Complete documentation clearly and accurately in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Complete required training within assigned timeframes.
Exhibit exemplary attendance, punctuality, and flexibility in scheduling.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
